Indian Girl “Uzma” Returned Back to her Country After an Abortive Marriage.

The story initiated when a 22 year old Indian Girl arrived Pakistan with intention to get married with a Pakistani citizen of KPK named Tahir Ali. Both came into wedding agreement and conducted a court marriage on 3rd Mar, 2017 in Buner. Few days after their Nikkah, the girl Uzma called her brother in Delhi and shared her disappointment on her wedding decision. Her brother advised her to visit India with by asking for  honeymoon and nominated a person named Adnan who will met her in Indian embassy. As the couple arrived Indian Embassy, Uzma succeeded to met her and disappeared from there thereby staying there as a refuge.

After that the case was pleaded in Islamabad High Court where she claimed that her husband Tahir Ali committed Nikkah with her on Gunpoint and she is no more interested in living with him anymore. Court also rejected Tahir’s request of meeting with his wife. Today on Thursday, Islamabad High Court ordered to allow Uzma to left for her country and she was handed over to Indian officials today through Wahgah border under high security.
