National Crime Agency (NCA) gave a statement that a third man was arrested in the spot-fixing case in PSL matches with the collaboration of PCB.
Officers from NCA arrest a suspected British 30 year’s old man from the Sheffield area who was also involved in the spot-fixing case in PSL. NCA officers said Pakistan Cricket Board has filed a case against corruption in PSL and many suspected persons are involved in this case. These suspected are living in England. The claim by PCB.
A British man, who arrested in morning, was now on bail until the further hearing and he was ordered by NCA not to leave England till further instruction.
Nasir Jamshed a Pakistani player also was arrested from England. He was also involved in the case and PCB has already suspended two more players Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif who was involved in the corruption case.
PCB said at the time they were investigating whether an international bettering syndicate was trying to influence matches in the PSL
