Pak-Qatar LNG Import Will Remain Unaffected After UAE Crisis

Federal Petroleum Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that LNG agreement signed between Pakistan and Qatar will remain enforceable without any hurdle due to Qatar crisis. He said that both countries signed an agreement worth One Billion Dollars according to which Qatar will sell LNG to the state owned company of Pakistan (PSO) from year 2016 to 2031.

Petroleum Minister said that United Nations has not yet imposed any kind of sanctions on Qatar therefore Pak-Qatar agreement will remain unaffected.
